The National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, (NOIC) is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced local individuals/companies/firms for the:

PROVISION OF BUSINESS VALUATION SERVICES

The individual/firms must have the following:

1. Proof of valid registration with PRAZ as a supplier of services under any one of the following service categories; S/P/009 or S/M/001 or equivalent consultancy categories (submit a copy of the gazette or a letter from PRAZ).

2. A minimum of five years’ experience in providing business valuations or similar works

3. Registration with a professional board

The submissions for expressions of interest shall include the following:

1. A letter in a sealed envelope expressing interest to participate in the transaction.

2. Management structure entity.

3. Curriculum Vitae of key management staff.

4. References from at least two referees.

5. Summarized methodology of providing the service

6. Indication of charges of rates

Interested companies are requested to submit three sets of the above listed documents in sealed envelopes with one marked “original” and two marked “copy” to the Head of Procurement Management Unit, National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, (NOIC), 4th Floor, NOCZIM House, 100 Leopold Takawira Street, Harare by 1000hrs on Thursday 02 May 2019.
