· Formal Training through a Vocational or Technical Training College

· Relevant Welder or Welding fabricator Certifications

· Ability to Read Blueprints

· Attention to detail, Manual Dexterity, physical Strength, Physical Stamina, Spatial Skills, and Technical Skills.
