PA to the Managing Director

- A well-groomed multi-tasker with excellent organizational and presentation skills.

- Mature, patient, tactful assertive and computer literate

Job purpose

To provide high level operational support to the Managing Director tracking and prioritizing activities that requires the Executive Director’s attention on an ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities

· Office administration

· Serves as liaison person on behalf of the Director with staff and stakeholders.

· Diary management and call routing

· Organisation of meetings and appointment scheduling

· Management of travel arrangements

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

· Taking of minutes and preparation of letters and reports



Duties

Qualifications and experience

- 5 ‘O’ level including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts

- At least Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Administration or equivalent

- Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing or Human Resources Management will bean added advantage

- Sound experience gained in a comparable role is key
