We seek to recruit outstanding and result oriented individuals to fill in the following post in our organisation.


Overall Purpose

To work with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, develop and execute the NetOne digital Marketing strategy to support business objectives, generate leads, serve customers and build customer loyalty via digital channels.

Main Duty and Responsibilities

1. Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, emails, social media and display advertising

2. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point.

7. Collaborate with agencies, brand teams and other departments to support digital efforts.

8. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Problem Solving

· Content management- ensure all content updates are made timeously

Academic Qualification/Training required

a. Academic Qualification and Experience

· Business/Marketing Degree

· Course in Digital Marketing an added advantage

· A minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience

b. Additional Training Required

The incumbent may need the following on-going training in-order to perform this job effectively:

· Digital Marketing

· Online Reputation Management

· Online Advertising




Critical/Technical Competency Skills Required

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong writing skills with ability to produce compelling copy.

· Proof reading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail.

· Strong analytical and computer skills

· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

· Ability to work as part of a team and individually

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills



· Experience of managing and writing content for a website CMS

· Google analytics and SEO experience

· Demonstrable experience of managing social media platforms and campaigns

· Demonstrable experience of Email, Google Adwords and /or display advertising campaigns

· Experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
