Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self motivated and results oriented individuals to fill the above position within a food processing company.

Ideal candidate responsibilities include:

Ø Implement effective and efficient sales and distribution strategies to boost product brand and availability.

Ø Manage a team of sales and account managers

Ø Build new client relationships offering the companies branded product image and approved terms of business.

Ø Implement local trade shows and exhibitions and working with the marketing team on new product launches and a variety of other communication initiatives.

Ø Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging and coordinating new product and development.

Ø Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.

Ø Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends

Ø Accomplishes sales and distribution objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, merchandising and trade promotions programs and developing field action plans.

Requirement of the Job

Ø Must be a seasonal sales and marketing expert with at least 5 years’ experience at Senior Managerial level.

Ø Must be a vibrant and have dynamic personality with a lot of energy.

Ø Strong leadership skills, plus ability to build and foster a positive team environment.

Ø Must have initiative, drive and posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Should have a demonstrable track record of achievement.
