JOB DESCRIPTION

  • maintain the schedule for kitchen staff.
  • monitor food and labor costs.
  • manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors.
  • follow the budget established by the restaurant manager.
  • manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal preparations,cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 o'levels including Maths and English.
  • a qualification in cooking.
  • at least 2 years experience as a Chef.
SKILLS
  • able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • dedicated to food quality and control.
